Claudia is the Founder and General Manager of Blush-Bar, a cosmetics retailer in South America. Prior to this, she was with the Estée Lauder Companies for 10 years, serving as the VP, Global Makeup and Fragrance Marketing at Clinique, and as head of Strategy and New Business Development. Claudia was also an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in New York City. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Government from Harvard University.
