Fernando Gutierrez Eddy is Senior Adviser at UNICEF, overseeing public partnerships that generate political commitment and more than $5 billion annually in support of children most in need, worldwide. Fernando has grown UNICEF’s global footprint, impacting millions of children in health, nutrition, education and other spheres. He achieves a balance between results-based strategic and tactical partnership engagement and total quality management yielding innovative solutions for some of the world’s greatest challenges. Separately, Fernando is a serial investor in technology startups with a social good component that is sustainable. He serves in the program and fundraising committees of a number of New York based foundations and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
