Guy Parsons

Guy is a global authority on Lean Thinking and the Toyota Production System, having taught companies across a wide range of industries on how to simultaneously improve lead-time, quality, and cost. Guy began his career with Bain & Company as a management consultant, and then joined a Bain Capital funded start-up in the fashion home furnishings industry. Guy received a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Connecticut College. He received an MBA from Harvard University, with a focus on manufacturing strategy and technology implementation. Guy has been a guest lecturer at Babson College, Harvard Business School, and MIT.
