Lilian is a product development scientist with expertise in hair science, consumer products, and the commercialization of beauty innovations. Her work spans the full product lifecycle, from early-stage concept development and formulation through claims testing, manufacturing, packaging, and market launch. At FitSkin, she contributes her domain expertise to the development of AI-powered hair analysis by supporting scientific evaluation methodologies, image annotation, and the translation of real-world hair science into scalable machine learning systems. Lilian studied Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she developed a strong foundation in materials characterization and analytical problem solving. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed working at the intersection of science, technology, and consumer experience, helping bring innovative products and new approaches to market.
